Meet your Nutritionist
I’m Laura, a Clinical Nutritionist with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and over 150 hours of supervised clinical experience. Based in Tea Tree, Tasmania, I work online with women across the country to support their health in a practical, kind, and sustainable way.
This work is personal. After losing close family members to disease, I became passionate about helping others take proactive steps to care for their health. My approach is never rushed, never rigid, and always centred around you.
I believe small, consistent changes to food and lifestyle can create powerful results. My role is to listen, support, and guide you without judgment.
